Strengthening cooperation among existing members of the Network and admiting new members, such as Russia, a major country of origin, transit and destination, was also another priority. Furthermore, the ARIADNE Network aimed to extend cooperation at a cross-regional level, by establishing links with other organisations active in the field since human trafficking is a global phenomenon.

The second joint project was implemented in two phases:

I- Workshop of the ARIADNE members for the discussion, evaluation and further follow-up on the outcomes of the first joint project, as well as for planning future network activities. This workshop produced a dratf plan of action.

II- Workshop of the ARIADNE members for the finalisation of the plan of action for future network activities and the admission of Angel Coalition-Russia, as the newest member of the ARIADNE network.
