  • June 2011: Aspects of irregular migration & human trafficking in Greece: A legal and empirical survey
The publication is the result of a legal and empirical research conducted by the Human Rights Defence Centre (KEPAD) in the framework of the EU funded “Programme of Cooperation in the Black Sea Region in the Area of Migration between Countries of Origin, Transit and Destination” (BSM program) Methodology followed for this survey includes two basic tools: (i) desk analysis of the legal framework regarding issues of migration and human trafficking, as applied in theory and in practice and (ii) expert interviews on issues of migration and human trafficking in Greece with special emphasis on the case of Georgian and Ukrainian migrants. Read more
